Fine Decorating - Painted woodgrains

The project below shows repainted beams in an open plan living area. The new owners of this home wanted to change the colour of the beams, which had been previously painted. So, instead of trying to strip them back, which would have caused considerable disruption and mess, we decided the best option would be to grain the beams, choosing a simple grain in a light oak finish.
The customers are over the moon with their new ‘oak’ beams, which gives the room back it’s character and interest.
